As a foreign national you do have financing options available to you, the scope of which will depend on several factors including, US Credit History, US Income, plans for the property (i.e. primary residence or investment/rental).

I'd be happy to discuss things with you more in-depth.

Irena,

This depends on the several factors:

The type and condition of the property,
The location of the property,
The amount of equity,
How title is held,
Your financial profile,
Your connection to the US

A substantial amount of my brokerage business is working with foreign investors in US real estate.  Feel free to contact me with additional information about your circumstance and I will try to put you in touch with a lender.
