Yes; press the "print screen" key on your keyboard; open your photo editing program, paste from the clipboard as "new".  Crop the screen image to the bird-eye view.  Then print from your photo editing program.  You can also save as a "JPG" or other image type.

You cannot save the image directly by left clicking on it as it is a FLASH image made up of about 9 JPGS.  If you were creative, you could find the partial images in your browser CACHE on your hard drive, and paste them back together; but this is a waste of time as you will not get any higher resolution doing that then just doing the print-screen in the first place.

Zillow presently does not have a "print" option for their pages with Flash images, so the print-screen key method of copying to the clipboard is presently the most practical.
