Gwen, on this site, the information will be a little dated, because the public records in Maryland can take some time to process. They are about 3-4 months behind closings.
Your best bet is to contact a professional real estate agent in your area to help you because they have updated information from the MLS.
Please let me know if I can help you further.
Thank you!
Sincerely,
Marney Kirk

Hi Gwen39,
The answer is YES! If you are looking to sell, your Real Estate agent should be willing to show you at least 3 comparable properties in your area. I would suggest you also ask to see at least 3 comparable properties that have sold within the last year within your price range to see what the market has been doing/how properties have been selling compared to asking prices, also note the time these properties have been on the market. If you are looking for your own research, an agent should be willing to do the same and may charge a flat fee for doing so. Best of Luck!
