Yes you can 'FSBO' for sale by owner as they are referred to. It can be difficult for you to get the true exposure you are hoping to get. It takes a FSBO much longer to sell sometimes than hiring a real estate professional that has the best marketing strategy for your home. Even the guy who conceptualized and started the FSBO market ended up hiring a real estate pro to sell his condo that he could not sell himself. So I would sugest research talk to some professionals and ask lots of questions. Remember that once you put your house on the market asa FSBO or with a real estate pro that the home becomes a house which is a comodity for trade.
