This Anasazi Village CONDO is part of a community of 660 units. This condo is an end/corner unit on top(4th)floor. There are only 30 of this type in the whole complex, therefore it is in demand cause of the extra privacy factor and the fact that there are very few top floor corner "2" bedroom units. There are elevators of course!! The view is a City/Mountview of the MacDowell Mtns. The Unit has elegant upgrades well above the norm. The location within the complex is on the Cactus rd side with an abundance of parking on this side of the complex. One covered space in a carport is deeded with the unit. There is a clubhouse with exercize room...and 5 luxurious heated pools that have spectacular views that overlook the golf course and mountains. Heavenly.
