Let us know how your auto searches are going. As several of my peers mentioned, Zillow does offer this by following a few key strokes. However, Realtors have a similar system that can keep you up to the minute. All of my Buyers love this system and have benefited by being first to the table with an offer. This is important when you have a HOT listing as many of my peers, I'm sure, will agree! I would also add that partnering with a Realtor will also clarify so much information. I can't tell you how many listings are listed without clarification that they are Short Sales. You may not want to entertain those types of listings. Your local Realtor has the information to help you. Also, we have information that is private and not shown to the public with each listing. You may not know that the listing is a "fixer" for example. We are professionals that are here to help!!

Hi kostenlose1,
Zillow does have a "Saved Search" email. After you define your search criteria, in the "Homes" section on the site, click the "Alerts" button that shows up under the map. From there, you will get a lightbox (pop-up) and can enter your email and the frequency you'd like to receive the Saved Search results.
Happy Searching!

kostenlose1,
The only thing I would add to Maryann's is that, even though they've gotten better at coming close to "real time", Zillow and other real estate web sites frequently show listings as active that are well into escrow. A local agent can keep you up to date on the market as it happens.
Let us know how we can help,
Tim

yes you can set up a search as explained below. Also you may want to have a local agent set up a search in the MLS, you will receive listings faster and probly more listings than you will find here. You can find agents in Zillows directory and click on the agents profile for contact info.

Yes you can, I too as a Tulsa agent can do the same and the difference is my daily emails to you are in real time. If you're looking for that special home be notified the day it comes on the market, that's what I offer my buyers and it works out great! Call me, 918-261-7237

Kostenlose. The answer is Yes. Create your first search and save the houses you like by pressing the save button under the homes information. Then press the alert button and answer the questions to create Zillow email alerts. The emails will begin immediately, determined by your answers, and prior homes you saved. The search will send you similar homes, in similar locations, with similar criteria. Good Luck. If you should need anything else don't hesitate to contact me at (714) 501-1248 or liz@liznoriega.com. can we create saved searches and have properties that match our search emailed to us?
