There are a Multitude of Flat-Fee Services (Operated by Realtors) who will list your Property on the Local MLS and place it on Realtor.com..Zillow/Trulia and many other sites for $200-$500 dollars....depending on which package you choose

Once on the MLS the National Association of Realtors does not consider you an FSBO in their Data gathering/Statistics..

Many Agencies/Agents also offer Limited Services like placing you on the Local MLS...

Google Real Estate Flat Fee Services for your area ...

No, Zillow is not a licensed brokerage and not a member of the MLS.  You'll need a licensed agetn to do that for you.

I think Zillow can not. You will need to find an Agent or Broker to do that.

If you have the time and inclination, why not study and take the Agent exam? Then you can post your property yourself.

It is actually quite interesting, and once you take the courses you will at the min. know how to find a good agent/broker.

I think there are also websites that are setup to take for sale by owners. You can google and search for them, just check them out first.

Good luck.
