canceling service

Is there a way to cancel our listing and get our money back?  we are not happy with this service.  Mainly because your zestimate is on our selling page and it makes our house looks WAY over priced!!  will make it hard to sell.  dont think it is worth the money.

Most agents know that the "zestimates" are not typically accurate and usually advise their clients as such.

The Zestimate is not a tool to value property, but rather a guideline.  If you asking price is accurate back it up with a CMA or appraisal and supply that with your handouts.  Also post your CMA in the description and invite viewers to email you for details.

I don't think Zillow offers refunds.

Suzanne,

We have had this same instance on several homes we have represented. You are correct, Zillow can make a  home look overpriced especially in an area like La Crescenta where you have such an eclectic group of homes.

Here is my suggestion take the square footage out and place it in the remarks section. Also, take another look at recent sales just to make sure you are not overpriced for todays market.
