change zillow appraisel on home

my home has had approx 75k in improvments past 5 years and is appraised the same as the identical unit next which has never had any inprovment since the complex was built in 1974.

Zillow doesn't offer appraisals, but Zestimates calculated from the core facts of the home.   A change in the tax assessed value (as would be appropriate for $75 k in upgrades) would be the number Zillow uses to reflect the upgrades.

When the "my estimate" tool is back in the spring, then you can call them out more specifically.
