Hello Alex,

Most third party sites dont have accurate information on your home. Therefore, when a qualified professional does assess your home, they won't be relying on zillow results.  If you need a correct market value for your home, please contact me and I can get you comps using our real estate datebase which we subscribe to as Realtors.  Good luck.
