thanks sunnyview, that is useful. can't imagine month old review was rejected so have asked that client, and most recent client to re-submit.

Zillow has an FAQ for agent reviews here and the guidelines for them here. Zillow does read each review before it is put on the site and I think taht they send an email back if the review needs more detail or was not accepted, but I am not sure.
There is a post here that has an explanation of the agent review process/timeline from Zillow. If it has been month for your other client, I would ask them to resubmit their review.

interesting , I just had another client say they submitted a review for me over a month ago and it never posted on Zillow. Hope someone at Zillow is monitoring and could shed some light.

My account rep at Zillow says it can take up to 7 days, but usually within about 2-3 days.

Review appearance seems to vary, but I suspect the number of reviews submitted isn't consistent. Of course it slows down over the weekend due to fewer reviewers sitting at their computers

It can take up to 7 days. Reviews are moderated before appearing on Zillow (which is a good thing). If the review is rejected, the client will get an E-mail.

Typically I see it uploaded within a day, but to date, I've also had 3 clients tell me that they submitted reviews and they never showed up on my profile.
