sunnyview made an excellent suggestion. Most realtors - especially if you have a personal relationship with them - will be more than happy to do an analysis for you. They can compare your home directly to others in the area that have sold to give you an estimation of value.

I would ask a local agent or you can do a survey of the online AVM's and average those. You can also look at the median for your area, decide if your house is above or below the average and use that. They ask it on the FAFSA, but the question is meant to be pretty broad.
