In my area, property records are available on the county website and one can search for sales during a certain window. The details of the property are displayed, but there will not be photos. You could also call a REALTOR and ask if he or she will assist you in pulling some comps for you from the MLS. This would probably be most hopeful and there are certainly agents out there who would be happy to help you and build a relationship with you.

Any real estate agent with access to the multiple listing service in your area should be able to help you. Going back to 2010 should not be a problem.if all else fails you can always contact appraiser. Good luck

May I ask why you want to see properties that sold in that specific time period? When agents look at comparables to do a CMA, they typically look no farther than 6 months.
Our recently sold homes are everything for the past 12 months.
To search recently solds in the area, first do a zip code search, then use the search filters to input home parameters and choose the recently sold check box.
You'll then have to zoom in to find the area you are looking for.

Zillow doesn't offer that; you will probably have to hire an appraiser.
