Thanks Sharon for the answer but it really doesn't answer my queston on Zillow program. there use to be a link to look at comps and I used it for several years. just recently it's not there anymore.. and I'm trying to see if it was moved or is there a way to see that in when I search for a property.
FYI I"m an investor and I check a lot of engines for comps and do my due diligence. I do ask realtors in the area, but I also do my own research. Great answer though and thanks for responding so quickly. :)

Check into Frequently Asked Questions....however, if you are using the comps to base a purchase on, ask a Realtor or a real estate professional.
