condo conversion - impact on listing

Hi,
Our home (42 Cortland Ave, San Francisco, CA, 94110) has just been converted into two condos (40 Corltand/42 Cortland).  When will this change be reflected in the listing itself?  Will there be two listings going forward?

Thanks,

Holger

I see this is currently pending on the MLS, meaning all contingencies have been removed and the transaction is waiting for docs to sign so that the sale can be recorded.  Once this sale is recorded the home will be considered a condo instead of a TIC.
The lsiting agent on this deal has already marketed it as a condo in the sales process which is not totally correct, but this  is basically a technicality.  He has listed it as a condo instead of a TIC..  Once this deal closes the properties will be considered condos because they will each have their own APN numbers: Assesors parcel numbers; this is actually why a condo map was required, so that the two units would have their own distinct and sperate identities. As far as the MLS listing is concerned, it is already listed as a condo and so the sale will be classified as a condo sale in the sales history data in the MLS.

Are you speaking of Zillow, or a listing for sale, or ?

When will this change be reflected in the listing itself?

Exactly what 'listing' do you speak of ?
