Zillow uses "zestimates" of your homes values...realtors use comparable listings and sales in your area.  If you want a more accurate idea of the value of your home, contact a Realtor.  They will be happy to help you.  Zillow remains a good tool for information for consumers and is free.  Realtors should provide you with a comparative market analysis for free as well.
