Zillow's figures are far from accurate unless a property is located in a tract community with only similar properties in the neighborhood - however it is a good way to figure out the current values yourself by looking at what sold in the neighborhood and choosing the comparables that you think are the most similar to the home you want to valuate and then averaging those numbers.
