credit score is around 715, 60,000 equity in my house,but maxed out my credi card.can i get morgage

I want to put my house on market soon to take advantage of low intrest on a forclosure,but will mortg. companies shy away because of my credit card max? Thans-Dan

Your credit score is adequate to obtain a new mortgage.  Your credit card payment will be included in your total debt to income (DTI) ratios for qualifying, but will not disqualify you from obtaining a mortgage simply because the card is maxed out.
