Lenders will not likely quote rates on a thread as there are certain laws (specifically TILA) that require specific information (cost of the loan, monthly payment, APR, etc.) to be disclosed when providing a rate quote, especially on a public forum. If you would like like to contact me directly via my profile, I would be happy to provide you with a rate quote. You may also click on the link in Zillow's tool bar that says mortgage rates.
