days on zillow

My house is for sale through real estate.  At what point doe's the days on zillow start at 1 again?  A lot of homes are on the market for longer then ever, it does not mean the houses are bad, but appear picked over because of the days on Zillow.  If it is after it is off of real estate, then how long after it is off will we see it go to "1" day on zillow and so on?  If it stays on a real estate site, when can it be changed over to start at "1" again. 

I like Zillow, however this part of it, has not only me but others not liking it so much because of that negative information.  Can anything be done?

Anybody know?

Hi sassychevy -

On Zillow, for the days to re-start, the property has to be off or not posted for more than 30 days as for sale or for rent on the website.
