Nope.. We just have access to inventory that is listed on MLS.  In order for us to find FSBO properties we would be looking at the exact same websites that you'd be checking out.  Please let me know if you need any assistance finding your next home! :)

Many FSBO sellers pay a Agency/Flat Fee to provide no other service than to place their FSBO on the local MLS..

I don't think the MLS/Realtor.com/Agents mark or make it easily known which properties have been listed by FSBO's using a Flat Fee Service
Don't think they wish it known how many Listing are FSBO's using a Flat Fee Service to market..but that's just my opinion

The FSBO's seem to still consider themselves FSBO using a service to place their home on the MLS.... but the National Association of Realtors does not consider them FSBO because they paid a Realtor to be on the MLS...A Tangled Web ;)
That's mostly what gems like " A majority of FSBO end up getting listed by a realtor." are based on imo

Anyway I'd check out the Major FSBO sites...they tend to have FSBO's listed on the MLS and those not Listed on the MLS/A mix

Good Luck

Usually not, however, there are some flat fee MLS Service agents.  They will enter the house in the MLS for an upfront fee. They provide minimal services and already get paid, regardless of the sale of the property.

Not usually.  FSBO think that if they try and sell their home themselves they will save money on a commission when in fact most buyers realize this and will calculate the fact the seller is saving the commission money and offer less then the FBSO wants.  A majority of FSBO end up getting listed by a realtor.

Realtors do not have for sale by owners listings because the owners want to sell their home on their own. However, a lot of times those houses stay on the market a lot longer or don't sell. 95% of the time for sale by owners end up using an agent.

Not normally and rarely do we want to even mess with them for a buyer.

In most cases we find them over priced and difficult to close.

We want you to have a happy and successful transaction and we're rolling the dice with your money if we go after FSBOs.   I've had them work out, but often the whole deal is hanging by a shoestring and that is never the position we want to put you in.

Sale by owner usually means tha the owner wants to sell the home himself and save the commission paid to Realtors. Some owners will agree to pay a commission if a Realtor brings a buyer. In answer to yur question, no, we don't have lists of for sale by owner. I could also make a big list on why they should use a Realtor, but that is for another question.
