It is a lovely house in a lovely neighborhood. However, u r correct that the listing price is unrealistic. The front yard is very limited and sloped, there's no landscaping to speak of and the house is on the Monroe border.
My broker told me that there are 2 houses on the street in foreclosure, the house across the street is for sale also.
