does a homes value increase when sold if a wheel chair ramp is added?

a wheel chair ramp was added to the house. should I take it off before selling? or will it increase the value if I leave it attached?

Generally speaking it will probably add no "financial" value...however, it may add "marketability" value -- to the right person, that could make the difference between buying it or not.  So it really is up to you :)
