Hi, You could change the sort to "Days on Zillow" to sort for recent sales. We are going to change the text to include "Date Sold" next week for better discoverable.

I will think that this is part of the "consumer" view of your local MLS.
Here in Minnesota we can set up an Email to anyone and based on a criteria you could sort them. I think contacting a local realtor will be better.

for some reason the sort feature just disappeared about a month ago. I cut and paste the comparable sales to a spreadsheet and then sort by sale date. The only ones that are relevant are sales in the last 90 days. .
does anyone know how to sort for just recent sales?
