Listing your property with a Realtor shouldn't cost you anything upfront and will have the property in the MLS. Listing with an [deleted by Zillow moderator] agent will also put the listing on about 350 websites, including Zillow, Realtor.com, Trulia, Yahoo Real Estate, etc. as well as international [deleted by Zillow moderator] websites. Listing with a local Malibu [deleted by Zillow moderator] agent will also have the property in the View, as well as be emailed to every agent in Malibu. Rentals on Zillow are $9.95 for 180 d (sales listings are $39.95). The postlets option is free for both rentals and sales.
