I'm not an agent/broker, so I don't have any concerns about voicing my opinion.

Unless a person has strong personal feelings about the LDS (either pro or con), I believe the overall impact on values will be neutral.

From what I have seen...
  -  LDS temples are not typically built in depressed areas, so it's not likely to pull values up just by its presence.
  -  LDS temples are very distinct but tend to be impressive structures, so it is unlikely to depress values.
  - LDS temples are not used like other religious buildings, so there is likely not going to be a significant traffic issue associated with "typical services".

This can only be answered in a positive way. Any negative answer would show prejudice towards the LDS community. Any positive answer could be bias. I suggest you ask the neighbors in the area you're interested in and go from there.
