No, it sure doesn't. A 5 room flat is a 2 bedroom flat with a kitchen, living room and dining room (in most cases.) In the old days you just assumed one bathroom.
Of course if your place has a 2nd bathroom then that's definitely a bonus and worth more money on the market.

I'm sorry.  Did somebody just state that a bathroom counts as a room and not a bedroom???

Dang, I guess its time to stop telling my kids that the bathtub is fine as a bed. 

Although I'm not sure if its  different state to state, bathrooms as far as I know have never been counted as a room, let alone a bedroom.

The bathroom counts as room but not a bedroom. It's only considered a bedroom when it's a standard room with a closet.

In the USA, I believe-the bathroom, laundry room, utility room, attic, basement (unless it is a bedroom),  front patio... are not counted as rooms in this sense.
