zillow loads all of the houses they can from public records. This means most of the houses on zillow are not for sale (just as most of the houses in the real world are not for sale).
Since I am not an agent, I do not have access to a lot of information about houses. But, this is appears to be one of those 'not for sale' houses. If you are interested in this house, I suggest you discuss it with a local buyers agent.

Do a google search using the words, "house for sale" and put the address in there also.
Most likely you will come up with the realtor's name and address listing.
Also do a search for "for sale by owner" and put the address in there. You might find the listing there.
