Simple thing I did a couple of weeks back was to go through all my sent and received emails back as far as 1 plus years ago, (I am an email pack rat) and re- forward, re-replies specifically to those I had sent proposals and such to way back when, and say "how's it going? rates are down...etc...anything I can do for you?" Checked property values via zillow and title searches, revisted options... I sent out about 50 or so emails as such, took me 2 - 3 hours to do, received 5 or 6 reply emails and the "golden eggs" - two new loan submissions, it seems so very simple but it is amazing what you will find outside your usual marketing channels, SPECIFICALLY in your email boxes, people, scenarios that you have forgotten about.... you'll say oh ya, I remember he/she...add to this blanket emails that talk about current buzzy economic/mortgage/real estate events and a weekly drop by your favorite few Realtors office with some updated info, etc. etc. etc. ...keep the wheels turning...
