dropped a far greater percentage than my neighbors properties. Something is not right ! 1 horseshoe

Go in and claim your home and update the information, the larger the home the higher the price, same goes for more bedrooms etc.

However, as a realtor, I use the MLS for a homes value or you can hire an appraiser. Real Estate is local,Zillow cannot see inside a home and see the updates, they dont know the neighborhood. Do not base your sales price or price based on a zestimate please. Zillow says the same thing.
