They have to sign up. They do not have to sign up with a name that identifies them. I learned from a Zillow comment a few weeks ago that if they write a review then ask to cancel their account, the review is deleted along with the account. If a review comes from your computer, Zillow is likely to reject it.

Thank you, that's what I figured, as it would stop unscrupulous people from fabricating recommendations, but some folks just aren't computer savvy, nor want to go through the motions of leaving a comment on several different sites. Thanks Again.

Greg, Zillow has some great explanations as to how to, under their FAQ, you can copy and paste that into an email and send it to your clients.
