environmental contamination

Buyers should be aware that many home inspectors are now offering environmental reports that show whether or not a home is near contamination. Most are NOT so the buyer is left with peace of mind. However, a few are which would clearly weigh in on the buying decision.

That seems like a scam. If most are not (99%) why would they sell an additional service ...piece of mind? it sounds like an upsell like Teflon sealant on your new car.
