Contacting the agent directly probably would be the best idea. However, I've flagged your question for attention, but you might want to go to the home details page of the home you rent, and click on problem with home/listing, and when the drop down menu appears make an appropriate selection.

Not to take sides, might not be the agents "fault" as sometimes Zillow has a mind of its own. As a free tool, it is a great FREE Tool for you the consumer. However, it is not consider accurate nor up to date in regards to the information. This is why it is not used by any professionals in the industry in terms of value or "What is this property worth?" .
Since this is such an isoloated incident I would suggest you contact Zillow.com cutomer service to see if they can or will be willing to fix it one off. I have found them, for whatever it is worth, to be both responsive and helpful. Best of luck.
