error: zillow generated listing activity report consistantly blank

I have a house listed for sale on Zillow.com. Every week I receive from zillow a listing report tha tis devoid of any values.  Under property views for the current week and for the cumulative time, there is a dash, that is, no values are given.  I, for one, have visited my own listing site several times, as has my mom on her PC, so the answer is not zero.  Is there something I am missing with generating that listing report?
