Did you claim your home? To find your current market value hire an appraisal or have a local realtor prepare a cma. best of luck.

Unless you have an independent appraisal done - you will not really know what your home is worth in this ever changing market in a depressed economy. In some areas, comparables from as short as 3 months ago are even inaccurate, as some areas values continue to decline sharply. Other areas, the decline was sharp to start with and investors are rushing in to "bottom pick" and grab residences that have lost 50 to 60% of their previously inflated values from 2006.

Zillow uploads from the county offices, so if it is not reflected on the site it means your city/county doesn't have it in their database.
You can claim the home and "edit home info" (on left hand side of page) to get these reflected in your property. E-mailing them the details isn't likely to work because their staffing is very lean.
