How does Zillow come up with estimates? I see discrepancies with my immediate area. Two virtually identical houses with a builder's price separating them by $10K now estimated with a $30K difference with the lower priced home given the higher estimated value. Other discrepancies also noted.

New Mexico is a non-disclosure state, so it is anyone's guess as to how Zillow comes up with it's prices.

after you pull up your home, you must then claim the home from the menu on the left. Once you have successfully claimed that the home is yours, you will then be permitted to edit the info that Zillow has.
