Stop saying fake auction if you are placing an offer. Obviously you want to deter others from inquiring. These are REAL homes. They are not going to auction as they are REOs and the auctions have passed.

The listings are legit, and there is no "scam" with regard to the foreclosure auction process. However, I must agree that the foreclosure.com deal is pretty weak (trying to charge $$ for otherwise public info).

I agree with you, but many people see the listings and assume that they must be legit. December is bound to be a rough month along with the first quarter when the market demons come home to roost. Reality is a real b!tch. Some folks may skip the shopping and go lay under a car tire instead. I hope you keep the rally cry going.

I love a good bargain myself, but the line of dollar signs in every post is making me dizzy :P Did you see this post to you here from Zillow? They may start removing your posts soon if you don't follow the policy. I would rather have you stick around and call out the scammers instead. That's a full time job for sure.
