If it was on the market and is now removed, but the agent didn't remove the photos, you can claim your home on Zillow and delete the photos. It takes a couple of minutes (plus time to read the FAQs in the blue links).

Zillow posts data they obtain from public sources on their website. While many of us are surprised how much of what we consider our private information is actually public, until our governments decide otherwise it is public. The internet has made it much more visible.
