filter for sale prices below zillow estimate

I would like to filter my searches so that I can look at properties that are for sale below the zillow estimate. It would be nice if this filter existed. From what I can see it is not available. It seems like a very easy filter to add to the search capabilities.

Would you be willing to share with us statistics on on CMAs that you've generated in the last couple of years for properties you've listed?   How does the initial CMA compare with the actual sales price?

The Zestimates are so far below actual values, you'd only be wasting your time pursuing something based on Zillow data.  Zillow buyers make lowball offers that usually don't get accepted; buyers working with local agents using true data are more savvy and end up buying property.
