Zillow's information isn't real time, meaning if a house sells today, it won't show up as sold today. It may not show up as sold next week. But it should show up as sold next month. Zillow pulls it's information from a number of feeds and some update faster than others. If you are using a source such as Zillow, which provides it's information free to everyone, you get what you pay for and you'll have to deal with a bit of a time delay for information. You, as an agent, will be much better off using your local MLS to track recent sales, and just use Zillow as a backup to help locate any possible non-MLS listed sales.
