Are you a corporation w/ a multitude of relocation employees moving regularly? I know, I know! You're willing to conduct and command all aspects of the transaction, the marketing, the sales, the signage, the resources and networking YOURSELF?
Wait! It's a flat fee based on a percentage of sale on a multi-million dollar property? Flat...like an opened bottle of soda pop. No fizzle. No taste.
Nothing.

You get what you pay for. A good agent earns their commission.

Thanks for the mention sunnyview. I have an idea act66 has already found the blog, but just in case below is a direct link to it. Good luck, and Happy New Year act66 and sunnyview as well.

Don't worry about deleting your question. I am so glad that you found the info that you were looking for. If you are considering selling yourself, you might want to check out this FSBO blog here by a regular Zillow poster. It has lots of helpful info and personal perspectives on selling yourself. Happy holidays.

I appreciate the polite responses, but I accidentally submitted this question, and am unable to figure out how to delete it.
I was looking for some advice on FSBO and flat fee listings and was able to find plenty on this site when I searched the discussions.
What a great website, thanks!

I am not sure what your question is but if you are looking to post a FSBO on Zillow this link here to the post for sale start page might help. They also have other useful links for homeowners here. If you need an agent to help you sell, you can reply to agents by email that post answers to your question by clicking on their photo or you can look for an agent in your area in the Zillow directory. Hope the links help.
