The Trustee is the one handling the auction schedule and should be your point of contact. Here in NV the Trustee's Sale Number, or TS number, will be on the Notice of Default along with the contact information. A lot of the Trustee companies have an automated phone system for checking the status of a particular property. Call the phone number, punch in the TS#, and find out what the scheduled day, time, and location of the auction is.

If you plan on buying at the auction you will need Cashiers Checks to purchase. Have them in $1,000, $5,000, and $10,000 denominations, like large bills, so you can be close on the final price without going too far over. You will have to wait weeks or months to get your "change" back depending on your locality and you probably don't want several thousands of your dollars unavailable for that long.

NOT REALLY, AT LEAST YOU FOLLOW UP THE PROPERTY IN THE NEXT DAYS TO CAME. BUT PROBABLY THEY WILL AT THE END. I RECOMEND YOU TO HIRE A REALTOR TO HELP YOU TO FIND THE PROPERTY YOU LOOKING FOR WITHOUT STRESS. HAVE A NICE DAY.
