FYI...if you're considering offering a FSBO in NLV...there's much to choose from and a Realtor such as myself will offer to show a potential home buyer where the best values are (cost per sq foot) if that is the area they wish. I'm an advocate of specializing in areas here in town with less inventory available.

The reality of offering a FSBO aka For Sale by Owner is that the buyers tend to try to chew prices way down...often within 6 - 8 weeks the seller of a FSBO will contact a Realtor (me) to list and market their home at the highest price and in the shortest period of time with the least amount of stress and inconvenience.
