Hello,

I see you are from Tennessee, the state where I lived as a child.

In order to obtain the market value of your house, building, or property,
there are two options.

First, you can consult with a local, experience, full-time agent for a market value opinion.

Secondly, a certified real estate appraiser can also provide you, for a fee, an appraisal that you can use for refinancing and in other instances as well.

The best ways to get an accurate value on your home is by requesting a Comparative Market Analysis from your real estate agent or by getting an appraisal from a professional appraiser.
Hope this helps --- John

Click on the link http://www.zillow.com/ , type the address in the Find home box then hit the GO button, not all homes in US have the Zestimate.
