getting nothing

I have tried realtors but all they do is put a sign in the yard. I have had a about 3 people that wanted it and then faded away. One had just filed bankruptcy. Received no inquiries on Zillow. I live in John Wayne's birthplace Winterset Iowa. One realtor told me she would not list it because she didn't want it to go stale, but she has listed others. Realtors had it at $154,900 and I have it at $144,000. This is almost a new home with over 3,000 sq ft. I have always sold my homes, but I am stumped on this one. I have made fliers and put out contacted bankers and brokers. I want to retire and move south. Should I refinance and leave it set and use money to buy something else or am I going to be stuck forever with it. What are realtors going to do as they are not selling either and they are the ones that created this mess. Help any suggestions would be appreciated.
