You can try going through Zillow mortgage marketplace here. You estimate your credit score and then the lender give you a range of loan options/rates.

Since it all depends on credit scores and ratios, I would check with your local lender to run it for you. The variables in getting a home loan are more complicated than ever. I would try your bank first. Most banks have home loan departments that specialize in assisting you with home loans.  It's a free service and they would be glad to assist you there.
