I sign up for this program I guess where preforeclose house were being offered but I really dont know how this work like what terms to ask for and how to make a deal with these home owner I sent out these letter saying that Im interested in buying there home by taking over the morgage payments I dont know even if any of these letter will get a reply and if someone replies what do i do next

Good luck with all the loan modifications, refinances and over equity borrowers that fall into this catagory. You have a lot of competition with many other factors working against you.

No I'm not saying that. If you can find your niche and use your time efficiently, it could work for you. Signing up for the same news letter as 100,000 other people will not help you get rich.

Your niche could be to rehab homes that nobody else will buy. Maybe you don't rehab them and just flip them with owner financing. Find your niche and you will be successful. Good Luck
