have 1880 victorian & mother in laws home...??? Value ???I purchased this house in 1999...since then I have completely remodeled both homes. New plumbing, electrical, siding, re-roof, liquid insulation, heat/ac, hardwoods, resurfaced, base trim, tall ceilings, stained glass windows, pella windows new last year, 2 complete kitchens, (summer/winter) sunroom, main floor laundry, ample storage, this is just on the 1880 victorian, which is 4-5 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms. The mother-in-laws home complete remodel 5 years ago, everything brand new, plumbing, siding, roof, electrical. Seperate deeds on property. How do I find out value for this? Since there are no comparisons in my area for this old antibellum home. Am I better listing myself or are there agents that specialize in these older homes?
