The gas bill could be around $200....just depends on how warm you like it. I have a little one so we kept the house fairly warm.

What were your heating costs in the winter last year?

Hi,
The heating/cooling was redone when the house was redone. It is dual-zone -one foreced air/ heat/AC unit for upstairs. One forced air/gaspack for downstairs.
Downstairs heat & hot water heat are natural gas.
I have recently rented this home for 1 year. We are still interested in selling it, so let me know if you are interested in a purchase next spring/summer.
Thank you,
Anna
