I know old houses can have poor insulation and cost a fortune to heat. How is the insulation? Has it been improved with the renovation. About how much does it cost to heat this house?
Question refers to 415 Broad St, Oxford, NC 27565

The gas bill could be around $200....just depends on how warm you like it. I have a little one so we kept the house fairly warm.

Hi,

The heating/cooling was redone when the house was redone. It is dual-zone -one foreced air/ heat/AC unit for upstairs. One forced air/gaspack for downstairs.

Downstairs heat & hot water heat are natural gas.

I have recently rented this home for 1 year. We are still interested in selling it, so let me know if you are interested in a purchase next spring/summer.

Thank you,
Anna
