I figured that out! Your photo and logo should be .jpeg or .gif format and should also have a very small size (less than 100Kb), you can check your photo's (or your logo's) properties by right-click of your mouse when selecting from My Documents or My Pictures folder. Use re-sizers or set up your digital camera on very law resolution when taking your photos. Usually default format of digital cameras is high and picture will be "heavy" for fast downloading on the web... If format is proper and your logo or your photo are small you will not have any problem. It is also good to re-size and crop the images using Windows Photo Gallery and have them no more than 150 dpi in width.
